- 400 g dulce de leche
- 400 ml milk cream
- 3 packages of Rumba cookies
- 1 cup of chocolate milk

Mix the dulce de leche and the milk cream with a mixer until the cream is firm.
Dip each cookie shortly in chocolate milk and cut them into large pieces. Add them to the dulce de leche and milk cream mixture.
To assemble the cake, place the preparation in a removable mold (18 cm diameter, if possible) and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
Decorate with more cookies and serve very cold.
