The origins of Amanda go back to the year 1900. At that time, a colonist family from Poland settled down in Misiones, Argentina and started cultivating yerba mate. Their plantations are one of the oldest in the country and located in the agricultural area of la Cachuera near the town of Apóstoles, Misiones, known as « the capital of Yerba Mate ». Amanda is now one of the most popular Argentinian brands.

Yerba mate Amanda Compuesta con Hierbas is combined with antacid (stomach acid neutralizing) and digestive herbs. It includes pennyroyal, boldo, mint, lemon verbena and tilo.
