Orders and Shipping
We ship your products within 48 hours after your order. Our preferred shipping companies are bpost & DPD. They do have fast delivery times, usually within 1 to 2 business days depending on your location.

You can create an account by registering on this page. Alternatively you can also opt to create an account while finishing your order. We highly recommend this so you can speed up the checkout process the next time you shop with us.
You can easily change your shipping address in your account page. If you would like to change the shipping address after having placed an order, send us an email or a message on Facebook as soon as possible. We can change it until your order is packed.
We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible. It is not possible for us to make changes to your order after the payment has been validated.
Do not hesitate to check your shopping cart and the ordered quantity of products before validating the order, to make sure there are no mistakes 😉
You will receive emails concerning the status of your order. Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email with a tracking link from our shipping partner. If you have an account with us you can also track the status of your order there.

We ship to many countries in Europe. More information can be found here. If your country is not listed, do not hesitate to contact us and we can find a solution.
We do not ship out of Europe at this time.
When your order is large and heavy, we can ship it with multiple packages. You will then be informed via email.
We accept returns of all non-food products that are still in the original packaging and have not been used.

Common product questions answered
Serious yerba mate drinkers in South America drink at least 1 to 4 liters of yerba mate per day. You can only determine yourself how much is enough for you. If you are sensitive to caffeine we recommend to start slowly and increase your consumption over time.
Yerba mate does not cause cancer. There has never been a scientific study showing that mate causes cancer. However, like tea, coffee, or any hot beverage, if consumed directly after the water has been brought to a full boil, you may increase your chances of esophagitis, which could, in turn, enhance your chances of developing throat cancer. Make sure you drink your mate with very warm water, never hot.
Millions of women in South America continue to safely drink yerba mate during pregnancy. Nevertheless, you should still consult with your doctor to best advise on your specific needs. Generally, it is recommend that you limit your caffeine intake to around 300 mg per day during pregnancy.

If the product is still listed on our website with the “out of stock” label, it means we are renewing our stock and the product you are looking for should be there soon! It can sometimes take a little longer if it is not in stock at our supplier.
If the product is no longer listed it means we do not longer distribute this product. We constantly update our stock based on your feedback. Removed products are often replaced with a better or cheaper alternative or a brand more in line with our values.
