We ship your products within 48 hours after your order. Our preferred shipping companies are bpost & DPD. They do have fast delivery times, usually within 1 to 2 business days depending on your location.

You can create an account by registering on this page. Alternatively you can also opt to create an account while finishing your order. We highly recommend this so you can speed up the checkout process the next time you shop with us.
We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible. It is not possible for us to make changes to your order after the payment has been validated.
Do not hesitate to check your shopping cart and the ordered quantity of products before validating the order, to make sure there are no mistakes 😉
You will receive emails concerning the status of your order. Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email with a tracking link from our shipping partner. If you have an account with us you can also track the status of your order there.

We ship to many countries in Europe. More information can be found here. If your country is not listed, do not hesitate to contact us and we can find a solution.
We do not ship out of Europe at this time.
When your order is large and heavy, we can ship it with multiple packages. You will then be informed via email.
We accept returns of all non-food products that are still in the original packaging and have not been used.
