Chimichurri is a traditional Argentinian sauce that is used as an ingredient in cooking or as a table condiment. It consists of finely chopped parsley, garlic, paprika, olive oil, oregano and vinegar.

Great to to marinate beef, for sauces, vegetables, stews, salads, chicken, fish or soups.

Water, brandy vinegar, salt, oregano, ground chili pepper, parsley, garlic powder, stabilizer (E415), paprika, flavour enhancer (E621), ground black pepper, smoke flavouring, preservative (E202).
