Chimichurri is a highly nutritious, traditional Argentine spice mix for making sauces. It gives grilled meat a great taste and can also be used to season all kinds of fish, potatoes, rice or pasta. Perfect for the barbecue season!

Ground chilli, parsley, dried garlic, oregano, paprika, pepper, bay leaves.

Store in a dark, cool & dry place. To prepare: mix one part of Chimichurri, one part of water and one part of vinegar. Allow to hydrate for a few minutes and then add oil if desired.
