Piporé Yerba Mate, is the most important product in the south of Patagonia. In 1934, when the first Swiss immigrants arrived in this region, a cooperative was founded to develop the yerba mate produced in this area. Located in the city of Santo Pipó, 80 km from Posadas, the capital of Misiones province, Argentina.

The taste of  Yerba Mate Pipore Terere is very mild when drinking hot or cold (tereré), thanks to thickly cut leaves. It also contains stems and  dust, and its smooth taste will be perfect for beginners to drink it cold, as recommended by the manufacturer.
