Dulce de leche is a milk based caramel spread that is especially popular all over Latin America. The ingredients are milk, sugar and vanilla. It is prepared by slowly heating sweetened milk to create a product that is vaguely similar in taste to caramel.

This spread is children’s and adult’s favorite. Delicious straight out of the pot onto toast or croissants, poured warm over ice cream or pancakes, or as icing for that special cake. It’s an essential ingredient for banoffee pie and simply wonderful stirred into yogurt.

Dulce de Leche Gourmet from Mardel is produced in Barcelona, Spain following the typical Argentinian recipe. 100% natural ingredients without chemicals, additives or preservatives.
